Frukost är det viktigaste målet på hela dagen. Vi har fastat många timmar under natten så vi behöver få en bra start.

Jag börjar alltid min dag med rumstempererat vatten, därefter så pressar jag egen juce bestående av morötter, äpplen, apelsin och ingefära, jag blandar även i 2 tsk Green Detox super food från Renée Voltaire, jag äter en portion med havregrynsgröt som jag har blandat själv som består av; havregryn, vetegroddar, kokosflarn, gojibär, pumpakärnor, banan och aprikoser som jag kokar ihop jag toppar med chaifrön, kanel och havremjölk. En tsk kokosolja och lite kosttillskott och aloe vera. En en stor mugg med örtte.

Jag tränar tre dagar i veckan tidigt på morgonen och då kan jag inte äta allt detta innan träning så då dricker jag en proteindrink,en msk psylliumfröskal och en tsk kokosfett och massa vatten. Efter träningen så äter jag gröt.
